The Chocolate Room Breads
A long list of ingredients that you can't even pronounce and every loaf looking exactly the same as the come out of machine after machine made by robots with no souls, where has all the flavours and characters of the bread gone?
That's why we only use the very finest ingredients in our breads and take over time making them. We are passionate about making real breads with big flavours: you wont see big machines making our bread. We only use the skill of our baker for that. And we definately dont add any chemicals to increase the shelf life!
We rely on the baker's skill and knowledge to create, shape and bake our breads from start to finish. All our bread is real bread, with lots of character and flavour. Our bakery uses a number of different techiniques including using our very own sourdough starter that produces a wonderful loaf unique to The Chocolate Room.
During the weekend our chefs make a range of artisan breads for the bakery. If you would like us to save you your favourite loaf before they sell out then please email us to reserve your favourites (two days notice is required).
